Each morning, our chef prepares a full Moroccan breakfast: msemen (flaky pancakes), baghrir (thousand-hole crêpes), home-made bread, butter, orange jam, honey, olive oil, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, mint tea, coffee. It's included with every booking — no supplement.
The dinner at the riad : the vraie Moroccan cuisine
Sur commande (la veille), our chef prepares a dinner Moroccan authentic :
Tagine : poulet-citron-olives, agneau-pruneaux, kefta… Couscous of the Friday : 7 vegetables, agneau, merguez. Pastilla : flaky pastry poulet-amandes (at partager). Grillades : brochettes, cotelettes lamb. The dinner is served in the patio for chandelles or on the terrasse rooftop with vue Koutoubia.
Half board vs all-inclusive : que choose ?
From Marrakech, the half board is the best choix. The breakfast and the dinner at the riad you ancrent in the Moroccan cuisine authentic, and the lunch is libre : you discover the restaurants of the medina, the terraces de Jemaa El-Fna, the cafés of the souks.
