October to May, and inside that window the two sweet spots are March to May and October to November: 22 to 28°C by day, warm enough for the pool, cool enough to walk the medina at midday. January and February are the quietest and the cheapest, with 18°C in the afternoon and around 6°C at night: the hot and cold air conditioning works as heating, and the rooftop jacuzzi at 36°C is at its best then. Two nights means one full day, so the day of arrival is the pool, the rooftop and dinner in the patio, and the single full day is the hammam and the one-hour duo massage at €84 for the pair, then the souks in the late afternoon. The hammam still goes on day two, not on arrival day, that rule does not bend for a short stay, it matters more.
